In 2026, a standard-finish house in the Philippines can cost approximately ₱27,000–₱38,000 per square meter for construction alone. A 100 sqm house would therefore be around ₱2.7 million–₱3.8 million, excluding land and other project expenses. These are indicative contractor estimates, rather than a fixed national rate.
