Barangay Clearance
Certified True Copy of Land Title (TCT)
Tax Declaration (latest)
Tax Clearance / Real Property Tax Receipt
Zoning Clearance
Lot Plan with Vicinity Map (signed by licensed Geodetic Engineer)
Photocopy of Government-issued IDs of the landowner

Architectural Plans
Structural Plans
Electrical Plans
Sanitary / Plumbing Plans
Mechanical Plans (if applicable – e.g., elevator, air conditioning systems)
Bill of Materials & Cost Estimates
Specifications of Work
Structural Design Analysis (with seismic load analysis for 2-storey+)
Soil Bearing Test Report (optional but recommended)
👷 3. Clearances & Supporting Permits
DPWH Clearance (if near highways or national roads)
DENR ECC or Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) (for larger developments or environmentally sensitive areas)
Homeowners’ Association Clearance (if within a subdivision)
Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (from BFP)
Sanitary Permit (from the City/Municipal Health Office)
DOLE-CSHP (Construction Safety & Health Program — for projects over ₱500k or with 10+ workers)
📄 4. Processing Steps
Submit all required documents to the Office of the Building Official (OBO)
Pay assessment fees (based on project cost and floor area)
Wait for plan review and inspection
Receive Building Permit Approval
Post the Building Permit on site during construction
